I love their pizzas and subs.

Veggie was solid, 7.3 Cheese was a 6.2. lots of flop, no crisp. Pretty thick for ny pizza.

I'd give em another chance for sure but only if we ate in & didn't get carry out.It's a pretty big place which you can't tell from the outside.I feel like this is the kinda place that premakes basic pizzas for delivery & carry out, like cheese & pepperoni l, then just reheats them upon order, cause while the flavor was good, it was awfully chewy dough, like it has been cooked & cooked again.Since the flavor was good, I'd try it again but only if I was eating there.If you enjoyed this review or found it helpful PLEASE give it a LIKE!

This is one of my favorite pizza spots. Like, ever. It’s always a treat when we all decide on Venezia’s. We are smack dab in the middle of the Tempe and Gilbert location and usually just end up with Papa John’s. But Venezia’s is what we really want. The sauce is homemade, the pizza dough is crispy and bubbly on the outside, soft on the inside. The giant slices of pizza are great for lunch (and dinner of you get the two slice lunch special). They also have fantastic mozzarella sticks and pasta if you are looking for something other than pizza, but hey, if it's good enough for Walter White, why would you want anything other than pizza?My husband insists on always ordering a meatball sub cus, hey? When in Rome. Friday night pizza night done right when you pick Venezia’s. What I recommend you order: cheese pizza topped with Jalapeño. A dozen wings (extra crispy) honey hot with a side of spicy BBQ. Thank me later!!

Great fast Italian/Pizza. Pretty crowded the day I went but plenty big staff too. Diners very intent on ordering & picking up food. Happy staff very helpful. On a holiday it was unexpectedly busy. Got the impression regulars can't keep away.

Awesome NY style pizza. Couldn’t order Hot Gardiniera online and I typed it into the comments not expecting to receive it but they went above and beyond and made it happen. Super thankful, extremely satisfied, very full. Thanks! Will order again and stop in when possible!

This is good eats. I love the Italian Stallion pizza. The sauce is spicy, the crust is thin and chewy. The salads are really good and decent sized and the lunch specials are great. I have been known to pick this up for dinner to drive it home 30 miles away.

I'm born and raised in New York, and I hate literally every other slice of pizza I've had since I moved to Arizona last year but Venezia's is on par with a NY slice. It's my new go to

The anti pasta salad was loaded with an assortment of toppings. They did not skimp on any of the ingredients. You could not get a little of all the ingredients in your fork even if you tried. I got 2 separate pizzas to try. I did not realize it was so big. I got the three meat lovers and the Hawaiian pizza. Both the crust and pizza had lots of flavors. The three meat lovers pizza was loaded with toppings. There was an equal ratio of cheese and meat The Hawaiian pizza was fantastic. It actually enjoyed the pizza. It was not salty and seasoned just right.

Pizza is great here and service is pretty quick even around lunch rush. We tried the traditional cheese pizza, some garlic bread, cheese bread with marinara and then a crust less veggie protein bowl. The bowl was a watery mess but all the classic dishes were great so recommend sticking to those.

Great pizza. Large portions. Chicken wings... too many forearms and not enough drumetts... when I complained their response was "what you get is what you get" not satisfied with that answer.

Yummy as always. They have the best soda, pizza, wings and staff... Love the new dining room. Yall just need to hang some pictures now. Its kinda blank and the TVs are in terrible locations.

The best NY-style pizza I’ve found in the valley. Pitchfork pizza was unique and super tasty. Will definitely be back.

Great pizza, but they shouldn’t offer an online option to order if they can’t meet a pick-up time. I had people scheduled on a lunch schedule and I had to push them back...twice. The staff was nice enough to call me to say my order was going to be 30 minutes late, but when I arrived 34 minutes after my original pick-up time they informed me my pizzas were just being put in the oven. Dine in will be my only future option and I won’t consider Venezia's for parties or meetings.

Pizza, calzones and garlic knots are good but there's just things about this place that annoy me. For instance I got an order to go and so I sat down at a table to wait for my order (in a mostly empty dining area) and a server asked me to not sit at the table and stand by the doors until my food was ready. Really? Y'all can't just let me sit and wait? Renovated dining area looks nice too

I've been coming to V's for about 3 years now. Love the slice selections, the environment is welcoming and I feel safe bringing my daughter. Highly recommended

Venezia's pizza is one of the best pizzas in the valley. They have a casual dining room that is great for families as well. I have visited multiple locations in the valley, but the Tempe location is the best.They have great lunch specials and wings are great. I highly recommend it!

Stopped here randomly for lunch today and was very happy I did. I got a giant slice of pizza, salad and a drink for about $8.00. Pizza was delicious and so was the salad. So glad we stopped here!

The ingredients are very fresh. The restaurant possibly uses Udi's pizza crust which I don't like. The crust was fully cooked and not burnt!

I go to this guy's house that I don't even like so I can get Venezia's Pizza , it's that good. JK the dudes my BFF but the pizza really is amazing IMO

Was treated very poorly by the cashier. The manager did an excellent job of satisfying us, so bravo to him.

Best pizza in the valley. One of the only 3 places in Tempe that I will miss when I move. Definitely try this place

This evening I ordered an XL pizza and some cheese sticks. I showed up exactly the time the email estimated when my order would be done. When I arrived, I was told that the cheese sticks were going to be a few minutes. Ten minutes later, I was again told they were almost done. Another ten minutes went by and I was told that they had to put in another cheese stick and it would be another 7 minutes (which to me tells me they either burned my first order or gave it to another customer). Twenty eight minutes and 12-15 other customers that received their orders before me later, I was given my order.I honestly have no problem if people make mistakes, especially when it is busy. My BIG problem is when the service provider doesn’t own up to the mistake and doesn’t offer a discount or something to make the mistake right.Due to this mistake and lack of customer service, I will not ever dine at Venezia’s again. This is a shame, because the pizza overall is a good 4 or 4.5 out of 5.

Competed and completed the 24 inch party pizza challenge with a friend of mine (only some regrets) and I always make sure to come on Saturdays for their amazing barbecue chicken pizza.

Great neighborhood pizza place. They are always busy but we have never had to wait to long to receive our order. The food is always fresh and hot. We have ordered for delivery and we have ordered for pick up. Keep up the great customer service and amazing food. Thank you to the staff for making this our family's favorite pizza place.

The place is sincerely special to me. It's always been there during key moments of my life and has always been welcoming and delicious. Walk in, smile, and ask as nicely as you can for mahgarita to be made. Wait the 20 or so minutes and enjoy. When it's fresh out of the oven, it's life changing.

This has been my favorite pizza shop in town for a long time. They have great slice combos that are reasonably priced. The slice combo deal is definitely the way to go if you're not looking to feed a group. The chicken wings are the best I've had in town and are a must order when visiting Venezia's.

Excellent food!! Great customer service!! Definitely recommend if you are looking for authentic New York style pizza that actually has enough sauce to cover the entire pizza unlike some other pizza places I have been to where I have had this problem. Definitely rating five stars!! I would give them more but it’s five out of five, so...😉

Absolutely disgusting! I saw a hair! No it was not mine!! I literally saw someone elses HAIR IN THE PIZZA IN THE CHEESE i lost my appetite the wings.. were dry! But good! Until i got diarrhea 😡

I gave this location a 3 star because I asked for a fresh slice of pepperoni and not the dry pizza sitting at top. The cashier stated that all the pizzas are made fresh daily. I stated, I still want the fresher pizza on the bottom. So I got home and opened the box and realized she gave me the old slice of pizza. I am beyond irked. Take a look at the picture I took and you be the judge. P.S. I like the Gilbert location better.

A popular place pizza by the slice or full. Spaghetti and meatballs very good served with toasted garlic bread. Soda dispenser do all you can drink soda. Several TV screens with sports, fiun oldies music being played. Staff super friendly,not usually a wait. Go to place for inexpensive dinnet

I usually love Venezia’s but was very disappointed in my last visit which has put me off. Simply put - burnt pizza that was so tough to bite through. I didn’t know ‘Slice of the day’ meant it had been in the oven a day

This place has the best tasting pizza ever! They really put quality into each pizza that is made and each time I go, the pizza is consistently good tasting and at the right temperature (unlike some other pizza chains where the pizza comes out tepid).My two favorite flavors so far have been their Italian Stallion and the Mala (pizza, chicken, pepperoni, and buffalo sauce). However, they have such an extensive menu of flavors. I can't wait to try their Pizza Bianco and Cauliflower pizza next. Keep up the amazing work you guys.

Amazing pizza. I order the Il Bianco. I was looking for a very specific pizza and gave them the ingredients and made a recommendation. Amazing. Absolutely amazing. I just have to have it every week! Pure addiction.

Stop calling the chain shops and get some real pizza. We got a large just plain cheese pizza yesterday and oh man! Best pizza in the valley. I’m eating a slice we had leftover for lunch right now and it heated up beautifully. The taste reminded me I needed to leave kudos to the shop. A+ job guys on the pizza and the service staff was friendly to boot!

My favorite pizza place in Tempe! The pizza sauce has a little bit of spiciness to it that makes it unique, and service has always been good.

The pizza was good. It was our first time there. We'll probably eat there again. Dinning area was clean and spacious.

Why did it take me so long to come here?!? Been meaning to check it out for years! And then I forget to take pictures, but the food was absolutely delicious!Ordered online, picked up curbside, they brought it out to my car and we're so fast, efficient, and friendly, they have done a great job adapting to these crazy times!Ordered wings, a pizza bowl (yay keto options!!), And a couple slices for the kids. The slices were HUGE! They both got cheese and bacon and they were covered in bacon, no shortage of toppings. The wings were very saucy and full of flavor. The pizza bowl was delicious, I ate half (after a 48 hour fast) and it was so filling. I feel like the price for the quality and portions was definitely a good value, not the cheapest but it's so worth it.

Had fresh chicken pesto pizza right out of the oven today. Had a dine in for lunch. Good to social distancing and wear your mask.

I got the XL Vegan cheeze. Omg it was some of the beg veg pizza Ive had. I'm considering breaking in and eating everything vegan in the store, passing out, waking up to pound a white claw, and then breaking a window on my way out. It's that good

The pizza here is delicious but the only downside is this place is crazy busy and popular so you may wait up to an hour or hour in a half for your food. I had a wait time of 75 minutes is what they told me. Merh, still good tho.

This is my favorite pizza place! I've made a point of going to all the pizza places that sell pizza by the slice nearby, and this one is the best flavor and quality! If you are a pizza enthusiast, eat here. You won't be sorry.
